Labor Day??

Some girl came up to me and told me I shouldn't wear white after Labor day. Wouldn't it always be after Labor Day? What a thought, I happen to think it is better not to follow along those "rules" because that way people are surprised, and we all know Renata needs to surprise people.

What I wore: White shirt was a gift, blue shirt from H&M, Shorts from Loehmanns, and tights from a drugstore.

Haha, I've always thought that rule was lame. Unfortunately, my mother reminds me of it whenever I wear white (admittedly, not often, probably for that reason). Cute shorts!

That rule is dumb. I mean, winter white much?

I love the vertical stripes.

Haha yes, unless it IS Labour Day it is always after the last and before the next so that "rule" is pretty ridiculous!!

Your shorts are fun. Fashion rules are SO ridiculous! What is the point in being told what to dress? And that girl was ridiculously rude too...I'd be tempted to do something really wrong if someone came up to me like that...

only in the south would they try to adhere to such ridiculous traditional rules!
thanks for stopping by!

that's a stupid rule and how obnoxious that she said that to you! plus, i thought that rule only applied to like white leather shoes/white linen pants, never to a white tee.
